Chosen in the Blighted Isles

My Lord,

Though I still don't understand your reasoning for sending me to this place, I trust in your plans that have been passed to you from the gods themselves.

As I stepped out of the warp gate onto the unknown shores of these elves, I was looked upon with both relief and contempt in the faces of these puny looking beings. It was obvious that they had been toying with the dark powers that we share, but instead of embracing the corruption into themselves, they merely dangle their feet in the waters, like a child too scared to jump in.

I was greeted by one of their Commanders, and told I was to prove my worth by taking part of the same trials of their new recruits. "Ha!" I thought to myself. They had no idea of the impressive display they were going to witness.

Their lands were quite foreign, in comparison to ours. Sharp blades adorned almost all their structures, which mirrored their obsession with bladed weapons themselves. All I met in my first few hours there were wielding some blade of sorts. Yes, even their healers seemed to be on the same perverted taste for them. This, of course, seemed to be part of their undoing, as many I met were more interested in using their blades, then keeping their fellow brethren alive.

One in their mix did impress me. They called them Witch Elves. Only the women of their lands were trained in this art. Armed with twin vicious looking daggers, that dripped deadly poisons. These women moved with grace, speed, and precision, which even seemed to be more deadly, than our Marauders.

In the dusty war field, I met with the enemy of their lands. More elves. Though, these elves smelled and looked like human women! Their pretty hair didn't keep its golden glow, once their blood ran through it. I locked arms with many of them, but was surprised to see one of our own enemies from our lands roaming the battlefield. It would seem their elves have called upon the assistance of the humans to no doubt give them a chance against our powerful corruption.

I won't waste your time with non-needed babble, my Lord. I will write again in a week's time, and inform you of the progression of this side's commitment to the overall war campaign. As my personal opinion, I believe these elves carry with them the potential to give us an advantage on the field of battle, and at the very least, they can distract these other elves from interfering with our domination...

Your minion,

Shock, Chosen of Tzeentch
